I didn't buy this sweeper because I want a perfect green, leaf-free lawn, but because I use leaves in my garden and compost, and I wanted an easier way to gather them up. Turns out it does gather one heck of a lot of leaves with very little effort, though I do wish it had a larger capacity. (I live in the woods and have about an acre of open land to gather leaves from.) It was very easy to assemble, very intuitive to use, and works great in yards with short grass. It also saves your back as the need to bend over is greatly diminished, and the product does help gather a lot of leaves with very little effort. In all, the lawn sweeper helped save me 50% time over last year on the same yard with the same amount of leaves. My only real issue is not with the product with the company. They left their mark on the poor mower over the years, and cleaning it up every spring was never something I looked forward to.
